It allows the sysop of a Repeater or Link to send Information to their RF users. An audio file .wav or .mp3 high or low quality of any length can be sent as a beacon or at a pre-determined day and time. The file can be called by DTMF. Ideal for those who do not have TTS speech installed but still wishes to send out a beacon to there users.
